We are situated on the Queens Promenade about 10 minutes walk from Norbreck Castle, directly to the side of the Old Miners Home (now converted to flats).Tram and bus stops are located just outside, so local transport is excellent, bus passes outside Lancashire are acceptable to use on the local buses. We have a wireless internet connection available to residents. All our rooms are en-suite with sea views with 22 inch lcd tv/dvds. When the illuminations are on, there is a wonderful view of the set pieces that are located in front of the Guest House. We are licensed to sell alcohol to residents only.  No hen/stag parties because we are only a small family/couple guesthouse.Smoking policy
We are a non-smoking guesthouse. Any Guests causing us suspicion of smoking in their rooms will be asked to leave and the booking will be cancelled with all charges due plus a room cleaning/loss of revenue charge of up to 2 nights room rate.
